Only real thing to complain about is the room service. It's not every 14 days. And it's not the cleaning lady's fault. But there needs to be better housekeeping. Staff is excellent!.

Great place for price I paid per week. Stayed for 1 year and had a chance to meet some of the nicest staff people ever. L9ved the fact that the kitchenette was present. Saved money on ordering out daily. Accommodations were fine for the price point of the hotel. Bed was comfy. If I work again in Peoria, this is where I would stay

Clean, spacious room with a very convenient kitchenette. I had a small issue with a leaky bathroom faucet at first, but the staff quickly moved me to another room and handled it professionally. Friendly staff, quiet stay, and a convenient location near restaurants and shopping. Great value for an extended stay — would stay here again.
We stayed at this Extended stay for 6 months it was a wonderful experience. Chad, Nicole, and Valerie are GREAT & friendly front office personnel. Always very professional and super super nice. They made us feel at home and their hospitality was amazing. All our NEEDS were met in a timely manner and very efficiently. OUR room was super clean and cozy. Not one bug did we see in our room or anywhere in the hotel. We did NOT having one bad issue at this hotel. Will definitely be staying here if we’re ever in Peoria, Illinois.
